These terms govern your use of the Smart Point website and any demo, trial or subscription you request through it. By submitting a request or using our services you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Smart Point is a business-management platform for hospitality and retail operators in Egypt, operated from 16A/4 El-Laselky Division, New Maadi, Cairo. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Smart Point; "you" refers to the business or person using the site or services.
2. Demo requests
Submitting the contact form asks us to get in touch about a demo. It does not create a subscription or any obligation to buy. We may decline or reschedule a demo at our discretion.
3. Accounts and access
If you go on to subscribe, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services: no unlawful content, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no reverse engineering, and no use that would disrupt other customers. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
5. Fees and payment
Subscription fees, billing cycles and any applicable discounts are those shown on the pricing page or in your written quote at the time of purchase. Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes where the law requires them to be added.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of the business data you put into Smart Point. We process it only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the services available around the clock but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support hours and channels are set out in your plan.
8. Intellectual property
The Smart Point software, brand, designs and content on this site belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the services for your business; it does not transfer any ownership.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data, arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always published here with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Either party may end a subscription in line with the notice period in your plan.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
